18th Annual General Meeting

The 18th Annual General Meeting of the Northwest Territories Association of Architects will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at 5:30PM at the NWTAA Office (Suite 202, 5204 50th Avenue, Yellowknife, NT).  For details, please visit the Annual General Meeting page.

2019 Election to Council

FEB 17, 2019

In preparation for NWTAA's 18th Annual General Meeting on April 3, 2019, an election for Council is being held from February 17 to March 29.

Between January 23 and February 15, nominations were accepted for the following positions:

  • President, serving a 1-year term; and
  • Councillor, serving a 2-year term (2 seats available).

At the start of this election, one candidate stands for President, and four candidates stand for Councillor.  The President is acclaimed, and all voting members may now vote on the four candidates for Councillor.  Voting members have been emailed directly with voting instructions.  Members who have not received this notice are asked to contact the NWTAA office.

This election will end on March 29.  The results of this election will be announced at the Annual General Meeting on April 3.

Membership Renewals for 2019

DEC 11, 2018

Members and firm permit holders have been sent a notice of renewal by email.  All members and firm permits must complete their renewal requirements by January 31.  Failure to renew by this date may result in penalties and administrative action.
